For this weeks "Free to Celebrate" Challenge, I want you to
Create a card that Celebrates Life or Love. This can be for an anniversary, birth, or any occasion of love. I want you to try the "cutout" technique like I did here with the hearts. I used my Cricut to cut out the heart shapes, and placed different pattern papers behind the heart cutouts.
